The exhibited scheme/net is a representation of intimate relations between people from the Slovak art scene with extensions to political, showbiz and other worlds. The project was based entirely on gossip as the oldest and the most common means of spreading and sharing. Gossip now plays a major role in returning social bonding to a world characterized by fragmentation and alienation. We aimed to explore the relationship of gossip to both overt and implicit structures of power, which, to us, is a political as well as aesthetic question, grounded in lived experience.
